Hello to all,
The earthquake on Tuesday 18 February has not prevented the first meeting, after a long time, the Italian ICA.
We had to be in 40 but eventually, an hour before the meeting, the earth trembled doing dance all those who were above.
The intensity of the quake was magnitude calculated 5,7 (very close to what came to Italy two years ago, in Emilia Romagna 5,9).
Even so, the indomitable Italian ICA have not given package and we managed to find ourselves in 30!
The dinner was a merger of two kitchens, Italian and Peruvian with Ocopa, an appetizer of boiled potatoes and chili sauce made with the famous orange Peruvian AJI AMARILLO prepared by my wife and her mom Danitza.
The Italian dish, however, was based on Meatballs in Tomato Sauce with Garlic Dumpling accompanied by cooked by the Italian pair Daniele and Federica Perego Bella Italian Restaurant.
All you have licked their chops and many Italians have made the shoe!
It was an interesting meeting because organized with the collaboration of all.
We must also thank Constantine and Gladis owners of the Hotel Rome ICA that have offered their time and the wonderful terrace of their hotel.
The next meeting is scheduled for the first week of March when in the company of the President of the Association of Italian ICA will vote in a democratic way to elect a new board of directors.
